What we ask in return

30-min check-in call once a fortnight
Honest written feedback on what's working and what isn't

Permission to use your firm's name + a one-paragraph reference at the end (only if you're satisfied — opt-out at any time)
You actually use the product — not just install it and walk away

How the pilot runs

Discovery call (30 min)

We talk through your firm, your existing setup, your hardware, and whether Susan is genuinely a fit. If it's not, we'll tell you — no pressure to proceed.

Install + onboarding (week 1)

We help you install Susan on your hardware or a UK VPS. You configure your firm details, branding, team, and import any existing contacts/matters. Half-day on-site or remote (your choice).

Bedding-in (weeks 2–8)

Run real matters through Susan. Time recording, billing, AI drafting, client portal — everything live. Fortnightly check-ins on what's working. Anything broken gets fixed within days, not months.

Quarterly review (month 3)

Structured review: what's saving time, what's costing time, what's missing. We ship the priority improvements before month 4.

Wrap-up (month 6)

Final feedback session. If you want to continue, you stay at the pilot rate (£17.50/user/month) for another 12 months. If not, you keep your data and walk away — no notice period, no claw-back.
